Learn how to properly coach & evaluate technique, as well as increase personal proficiency in these movements
4: PLYOMETRICS
Technique, how and when to administer, progressions
5: LEADERSHIP & FACILITY/ATHLETE MANAGEMENT
Learn to be confident in a weight room, use good coaching cues, and how to coordinate with all the teams
6: NUTRITIONAL BASICS
Learn how to inform, track, and manage athletes diets
