Sets the bar of where our interns are at in terms of building a program

3: MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND PROGRAMMING BLUEPRINTS

Teach the main movement patterns and build out a blueprint to use for programming

4: REVERSE ENGINEERING

The steps to create a needs analysis

5: COACHING CUES AND WARM UPS

Create and coach the other interns/coaches through a warmup

6: INTRO TO ANNUAL PLAN; THE CNS

looking at the differences between offseason, preseason, in-season, and postseason and how that effects our training
