MEGAN YOUNG

@coachmega

If ever you’re asked the question; ‘Which 6, all-time coaches, would you invite to a back-yard BBQ?’...and Coach Megan Young isn’t on your list…then you’ve got some explaining to do. Seriously!

A servant leader, Megan currently oversees aspects of performance at the Seattle Sounders having previously served two years as Director of High-Performance with the Chicago Red Stars through 2021.

Prior to her journey North, Megan established herself as a fabric of the University of Auburn’s basketball and soccer programs, taking trips to the ‘Big Dance’ on multiple consecutive occasions. A former student-athlete herself, coach Young found herself, like many of us in the field; here not as the original plan…but rather as a calling. While at UNC Wilmington, she served as an intern on their strength and conditioning staff before moving to Baylor and eventually Auburn.

We could not be more excited for everything that coach Young brings to the line up for MM Seminar ‘22. Join us on May 17th to get the inside scoop on the similarities and differences of a career in Collegiate and Professional sports.
