OUR CURRICULUM

 

1: LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Interns will have weekly readings and video reviews of leadership topics critical to being an effective coach.

2: PROGRAM DESIGN

Interns will have several programming projects including: designing a warm-up, speed & agility plan for one month, weekly training templates, beginner programs and a semester long training program for a team.

3: EXERCISE TECHNIQUE

Progression and regression for a variety of exercises.

 

4: SPEED, AGILITY, PLYOMETRICS & CONDITIONING

Learn and understand techniques for large groups.
