OUR CURRICULUM
1: NON-LINEAR PERIODIZATION
The athletic performance staff uses a non-linear approach to program for athletes because nothing in life or sport is linear and we have found that athletes adapt well to this approach. This is a unique way of programming and I think young coaches will be able to take this concept and run with it right away
2: 1 x 20
How we as a department utilize the concept of using basic means to train athletes all while we are improving athleticism, movement proficiency and metabolic conditions when using the 1x20 method.
3: MODIFIED TRIPHASIC
We put a spin on the Triphasic Training method by utilizing eccentric and isometric focused blocks of training and then following it up with oscillatory movements to increase power and speed development.
