1: OLYMPIC LIFTING COACHING & TECHNIQUE

Learn how to properly coach & evaluate Snatch & Clean + Jerk technique, as well as increase personal proficiency in these movements

2: RESUME, NETWORKING, CAREER BUILDING

How to get past superficial connections in the field, build real relationships and preparation for the getting your first job in S&C

3: PROGRAMING & PERIODIZATION

Building lift cards, annual plans, needs analysis and methods on how to program in and out of season

 

4: LOAD MONITORING, WELLNESS MONITORING, GPS

Using objective monitoring tools: how to collect, interpret, and communicate data, as well as using this data to create change

5: SPORTS SCIENCE

Learn how to run through protocols and collect data on ForceDecks, Nordbord, ForceFrame, Bower Timing Gates, Push VBT and much more

6: EXERCISE COACHING CUES & TECHNIQUE

Learn tools/cues to coach all movement patterns, as well as social and psychological tips to effectively communicate to all different types of athletes
